CEPSI PROCEEDINGS
Keynote Speeches, Papers Presented on Power Generation (Hydro, Coal Based, Liquid/Gas, Renewable & Nuclear), Power Transmission Systems & Information & Telecommunication during CEPSI 2006 on the theme “Energy, Competition, Technology & Benchmarking for Economic Globalization”.
The Council of Power Utilities (CPU) organized the 16th Conference of the Electric Power Supply Industry (CEPSI 2006)) in Renaissance Mumbai Hotel and Convention Centre, on 6-10th November 2006 at Mumbai, India. The theme of the conference was “Energy, Competition, Technology & Benchmarking for Economic Globalization”. CEPSI is one of the largest conference of the Power & Energy Supply Industry in the Asia Pacific Region event with individuals and organizations attending from all over the world. The 16th Conference of the Electric Power Supply Industry (CEPSI 2006)) was attended by over 1350 delegates from 28 countries including 350 delegates from India.
At the conference 330 papers were presented in 37 sessions. The split up of the countries/Organisation from where the papers have been received is as following: -

Each of these compilation contain the papers detailing technological advancement made/ being made
in energy sector. These authors are well known personalities on there subject. We received numbers of requests for the printed copies of these proceedings. Keeping in view the requests, the proceedings are being brought out in the following categories:
The cost of the entire set of four books would be Rs. 22,000/-. The pre printing cost if the orders are placed before 31-1-07 would have a discount of 10% of the price of each volume or each set.
The table of contents for above are available on URL: www.indiapower.org, printed copy if required may be obtained from CPU. As it is proposed to print only few copies, the proceedings would be available on first come first served basis.
The copies could be reserved by payment of appropriate amount by bank draft in favor of Council of Power Utilities payable at New Delhi/Delhi, plus Out station drafts should include Rs.250/-additionally to wards postage.
