Designation Relationship Manager - Trade Finance
Job Description Business Development
-Generating business volume and revenues for Trade Finance Products -Buyers Credit & Suppliers Credit
-Exploring market to understand customer requirement and developing strategies to penetrate market
-Achieving individual targets and growing account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance
-Creating reports for the management; maintaining focus on the agreed KRAs thereby ensuring pleasant customer experience

Account Management
-Handling B2B clients interaction in regard to International Trade Finance requirements
-Responsible for managing, delivering and supporting the existing clients not just to adhere to the requirement pertaining to Buyers Credit but also for building referral network to grow the customer base
-Managing customer centric operations, forwarding instructions to the concerned department and ensuring client satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
-Preparing & presenting various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to process
Desired Profile - Should be proactive and solution oriented in approach & response
- Should have good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Experience 0-3 years
